Terms and Conditions

• Arrival & Departure times;after 3pm; by 10.30 am;  or by arrangement, (Short breaks welcome)
• I normally reserve a provisional booking for five days
• A deposit of £75 is required to secure the booking
• Cheques should be crossed and made payable to Rosemary Thomas
• Credit or debit card payments can be made via Paypal.
• All bookings will be confirmed in writing (email) on receipt of your deposit.
• The balance is payable prior to 6 weeks before the start of your stay.

Cancellation Charges

We will always make every effort to re-let in the event of a cancellation. If successful in part or in whole, we will return any such saving we can achieve for you, less a fixed cancellation fee of £50

• Over 6 weeks before your stay – Deposit
• 3 to 6 weeks before – 50% of total cost
• Less than 3 weeks – 90% of total cost
• Notification is required in writing
